The book, Ninteen Minutes, has such complex characters. The main story line is based around a high school shooting. The author has crafted them (the characters) in such a way that I feel sympathy for several characters, unlike most books in which the author wants to reader to side solely with the protagonist.

Derek-- I've been reading comments about Driver's Ed on here and I think you all have made me want to read it too! I have a copy and will probably read it later this summer. It sound like something that will keep my attention!
I like suspenseful books that make me want to continue reading, and it sounds like this is that kind of book.

I continue to read this book because of all the different things happening with the war and stuff around camp. It has a lot of action and some humor. It is a really good book!
