Hampton-
I noticed you have ALOT of comments on what you wrote, and so far i think i might want to read this book. It sounds very interesting, maybe even funny too. So your learning how to protect yourself off a hand book? wow a bear, a cougar, and a shark. Well there are alot of things i want to learn how to prtotect my self from. Like going back to Dyneshia's comment "men" how do i protect my self from them?!?!?

Hampton-
The wilderness survial I can understand, but I could have told you that sharks will go away if you punch it on its nose..look it up. it works.
As for me, I didn't learn anything that I didn't know, but it was still a good book.

I've learned so far from reading the book, "The Great Gatsby", that people will search and try to find what their longing for. They will also change their image in order to have whatever it is that they want so desperately because they feel that it will better their chances at getting it. Adding to that, I've also learned that the narrator doesn't always have to be telling the truth about the stories; the narrator is just telling the reader the way that they see it and could be lying about a few events that take place.
